Job Description:

Deliverables: Operational focus, lifecycle management, implementation plans, configuration runbooks, change execution & post change support.

What is expected as the end goal from customer from this role/what is the customer trying to achieve?

Dedicated onsite support for large enterprise healthcare customer – BCS

Must have Skills:

Operating System for Nexus DC Switching, Nexus Dashboard – Insights, Orchestrator, Data Broker, Storage networking, NX-OS ACI, UCS, Intersight

Requires BS/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of related experience in IT industry

Certifications Preferred CCIP, CCNA, CCNP (Plus)

Industry Neutral Certifications also a large plus: CWNE, CWNP

Who You'll Work With:

Other engineers to provides flexible and innovative ways to help meet customer needs.

The CX Architecture team focusses on Wi-Fi solutions and technologies to help customers Plan, build, deploy and migrate networks.

You will be on-site with the customer supporting operations activities, change windows, troubleshooting, Working with Cisco TAC to solve problems. Day to day Moves adds and changes.
