I am partnered with one of the fastest growing data center developers in the US looking to hire a Project Manager for a development in Newark, CA. You must be based locally to the project or open to traveling there.
Data center experience is preferable, however you must have general contracting experience on large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project meetings involving design, construction, and commissioning firms.
Oversee budgets and schedules.
Conduct feasibility studies and manage cash flow.
Supervise on-site management of data center projects.
Engage with power and fiber companies.
Provide executive-level reports.
Interact with customers to guarantee critical infrastructure integrity.
Drive business development efforts.
