Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure. You will work closely with our data scientists and analysts to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain our data infrastructure, including data warehouses, ETL processes, and data pipelines

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements

- Identify and implement solutions to improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility

- Develop and maintain data models and schemas

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support their data needs and provide insights

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and implement best practices

- Continuously optimize and improve data processes and systems to increase efficiency and scalability

- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering or a related role

- Strong experience with SQL and database management

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala

- Experience with ETL tools and data integration

- Familiarity with data warehousing and data modeling concepts

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
