Job Description

Chats Cloud Cover is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update accurate data into company databases and systems

• Review data for errors or missing information and correct any inconsistencies

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information

• Ensure data integrity and follow company data standards and policies

• Generate and prepare reports as requested by management

• Assist in administrative tasks related to data processing

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve data discrepancies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
