Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry person to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate records, answering the phone, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company systems with speed and accuracy
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records
• Verify data for completeness and correctness
• Communicate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a valid DL
