Data Entry Clerk

Job Description:
Hours: Standard work hours, flexible start and end time (6 Am till 6 PM - Any 8 hours)
This is a temporary role -- at this time, no opportunity to convert

s a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently triaging and managing data in our systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and organization of our data, ensuring it is up to date and easily accessible. Your attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data will be vital in supporting our overall business operations.

Responsibilities:
-Enter and update data in our systems with speed and accuracy.
-Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
-Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure data entry processes are conducted accurately and efficiently.
-Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
-Strong administrative skills
-High level of comfort using front end of web-based applications
-Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to consistently execute repeated tasks
-Organized, high attention to detail
-Basic Microsoft Office application skills - Outlook, Word, Excel
