Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

About the Company:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a reputable client in Cincinnati, Ohio, to find a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with substantial data entry experience to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team. This role is 100% in-person, with no hybrid or remote options available.

Position Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of data entry experience, a strong background in similar roles, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Precisely input data into company databases and systems from various sources.

Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections.

Record Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain data records to ensure current and accurate information.

Reporting: Generate and prepare reports as required for management and other departments.

Documentation: Organize and file electronic and hard copy documents systematically.

Communication: Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications: Experience: 2 to 3 years of data entry experience, preferably with previous titles or roles specifically in data entry.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree is a plus.

Skills:
Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
