Job Description - Data Entry Specialist

Southland Holdings is seeking a well-versed Data Entry Specialist individual to join our Accounts Payable team in Grapevine, TX.

Responsibilities:

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Collect and enter data into databases
Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
Assist with order entry and processing
Organize and maintain files and records
Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats
Provide administrative support as necessary

Requirements:

Previous experience TimberScan Sage
Previous experience in clerical or data entry roles preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
Basic mathematical skills for calculations and analysis
Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
