One of the largest eCommerce/tech companies headquartered in Seattle, WA is hiring 50+ Data Entry Specialists to support the Data Services team in Boston, MA.
Location: 100% onsite in Boston, MA
Schedule: Flex start time can - 8-9:30am.
Compensation: $19/hr. (depending on experience level)
Contract Length: 13 week contract to start
Key job responsibilities
Work closely with support teams, review guidelines, suggest updates to those guidelines, and engage in team calibrations to ensure the highest quality of data generation.
Demonstrate the ability to support small to medium scale process improvement projects.
Contribute in mentoring / training junior data associates on an ongoing basis.
Develop a deep understanding of the subject matter expert (SMEs) for processes on the floor and collaborate with stakeholder teams to test new SOPs to gather insights, validate information, and ensure accuracy in content creation.
Proofread and edit content to ensure high-quality standards, accuracy, and consistency.
Create original and engaging content across multiple work types to train LLMs.
Basic Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Data Entry Specialist.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and web interfaces.
1+ years of experience in a Data Entry, Administrative, and Customer support experience in a corporate setting is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications
1-3+ years of Data Entry experience.
Previous Content Writing or Copywriting experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree highly considered.
Understanding of academic integrity, e.g: plagiarism.
