Salary: $15.50 per hour
Data Entry ClerkM-F 1st shift$15.50 per hour - Perform administrative duties including data entry, record-keeping, and reconciliation
- Daily data entry and reconciliation of company information
- Support Order Entry and investigate discrepancies
- Expedite purchase orders and assist team members in Pricing and Inventory tasks
- Complete special projects as assigned by manager
- Perform various clerical duties as directed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, responsible, and dedicated individual preferred
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Organizational skills are desirable
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 20lbs and ability to bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods
- First shift hours with potential for overtime, including weekends.
