Support the development of data strategy objectives to drive business growth and risk management excellenceSupport the Enterprise Data Strategy across the data lifecycle through structured principles and measurable outcomesCollaborating with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and data community, to identify data needs and requirements and develop objectives to meet those needsRequired Skills:

5+ years of experience with data governance, data quality, and data managementData management lifecycleExperience in one or more of the following areas: data management, data governance, data supply chain, data quality, and/or data architectureUnderstand the business side of data, not just technical sideExperience with status progress reporting and outcome deliveryGovernance functionsSharePoint, excel, ppt for content developmentDemonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at top speedGood communication and influencing skills with an ability to translate data management concepts into actionable recommendationExperience in a financial services organization in data or strategy functionHave consultative skills able to work in a dynamic cross functional global environmentJob Requirement
