We are offering a seasonal Data Input opportunity focused on document scanning and tax data entry. Responsibilities include accurately entering tax-related data into internal systems; naming, sorting, and organizing electronic documents for use by tax preparers; preparing hard-copy records for scanning into appropriate client files; and organizing client correspondence while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive client information.

The position runs through April 15.

What You’ll Bring to Us:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy


• Computer experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage electronic and hard-copy documents


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Effective time-management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize work


• Ability to work at a sustained pace while producing high-quality work


• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written and oral form


• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information
