Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Data Integration Architect for a contract-to-hire position that can be worked 100% remotely.

Position Summary:

The client is seeking a Senior Data Solutions Architect to collaborate with business partners, transforming requirements and trends into effective data solutions and artifacts. This role involves providing regular updates to business stakeholders and sponsors.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Engage with business partners to gather and translate requirements and trends into actionable data solutions.
Communicate updates and progress to business stakeholders and sponsors.
Manage and analyze data from various domains including pharmacy, member, provider, and medical claims.
Lead the migration of current data structures to a cloud environment.
Develop SQL queries and perform data profiling with a strong business acumen.
Utilize extensive experience in health insurance and data warehousing.
Execute standard lifecycle processes, articulate requirements, conduct source-to-target data mapping, and generate outputs for the data ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
Strong background in health insurance.
Expertise in data warehousing, lifecycle processes, and data mapping.
Proficiency in SQL and data profiling.
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
