Data Integrity Specialist

Primary Duties

1. Creates, maintains and validates division-level system data, ensuring the integrity and consistency of records. Acts as a liaison between enterprise-wide workgroups.
2. Maintains a collaborative relationship and constant communication with other departments across the enterprise to facilitate the appropriate and timely completion of business process exception management cases.
3. Demonstrates knowledge and skill in data research techniques. Resolves incomplete records and addresses anomalies in data. May compile and prepare reports, graphs and/or charts.
4. Collects data to conduct root cause analysis of issues. Identifies and recommends initiatives to increase efficiencies. Escalates complex issues to Hub team members for support and intervention when necessary.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Educational/Experience Level
A general educational knowledge acquired through a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) and three years' experience in accounting, finance, customer billing/collections or a closely related field.
Problem-Solving/Independent Judgment:
Performs work that is varied in nature, requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
Communication Skills:
Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers in order to obtain and/or provide explanations and/or information. Requires excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Numeric Skills:
Requires the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Computer Skills:
Requires basic computer skills in order to utilize various software applications for developing documents, reports and graphics.
Work Conditions:
Works in an office environment. Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
May require some travel to other offices, including possible overnight travel.
