Data Intelligence Manager

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

ASI is seeking a Data Intelligence Manager to support the Senior Manager in developing, coordinating, and implementing data intelligence strategies and processes. This role ensures internal stakeholders have efficient access to the data they need to drive departmental goals and business success.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Data Intelligence Manager will join our Data Intelligence team and will be responsible for fulfilling incoming requests for all departments in ASI and ASI Show.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Senior Manager to evaluate Data Intelligence team workflow


• Manage daily meetings with team to review status of requests


• Managing and improving list cleaning/matching process.


• Monitoring and assigning incoming requests for completion


• Recommending and implementing changes that will streamline the process requests.


• Enforcing guidelines and standards for deliverables.


• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.


• Importing contacts/contact information into ASI database.


• Pulling lists to support company campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience.


• Minimum 3 years related work experience.


• Experience with list matching/list cleansing of prospect lists.


• Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects at the same time.


• Ability to operate as a team player and independently.


• Strong documentation and communication skills.


• Experience with list matching software such as mSQL, Data Ladder or other comparable software.


• Advanced Access or SQL and Excel experience.


• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar sales management system.


• Experience with relational databases and writing queries against large, complex data sets.
