Data Management Coordinatior

Location: CArlsbad

hours: M-F 8am-5pm

pay rate 25-29/hr DOE

Will work from home 1 day a week (Tuesday after training has been completed and up to speed)

Description: in-depth than order processing, accounting, etc. This is a very highly detailed and robust process utilizing Netsuite (ERP) to put together a spec sheet which is used as a roadmap to build product at the factory.

Experience interacting with manufacturing vendors and reviewing their contracts

Proactive, asks questions and quick to adapt

Creating and updating all finished good assemblies, work orders and BOMs in NetSuite

Update and assist with the supply chain process from product set up to production

Communicates and works closely with Product Development

Cross train with other departments

EDI label process, update ERP system, component development/management and maintaining internal component library.

Must Haves:

1. Must have experience with BOMs

2. Experience communicating w/Vendors and Mfg Contracts

3. Prior Supply Chain and Ops exp

4. Proficient w/Microsoft Offce and data analysis exp

5. NetSuite exp., is a plus
