Data Product Analyst

Our client, a well-established FinTech Company operating in the payments industry, is seeking to appoint a skilled and detail-oriented Data Product Analyst. This position plays a vital role in enhancing product development through data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights, developing monitoring systems, and leveraging automation and AI technologies to improve product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of transactional and product usage data to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
• Investigate system incidents and anomalies, identifying root causes and recommending improvements.
• Design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines for data transformation and migration activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal monitoring and quality assurance systems.
• Build automation tools to optimize product monitoring, reporting, and internal workflows.
• Write modular, maintainable, and scalable code in accordance with best development practices.
• Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools to support data analysis and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in data analysis or a related role, ideally within a product-driven or technology-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Datastore).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of statistical modeling and data science methodologies.
• Prior experience working with LLMs and AI-driven process optimization.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership of projects from concept through to delivery.

Package and Benefits:

• Salary depends on qualifications and experience: 38,000 - 52,000 EUR Gross per Year
