ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Banking Services organization in Richmond, VA (Hybrid) for a Data Quality Analyst/Data Analyst to assist their team.

Title: Data Quality Analyst/Data Analyst

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possible convert to full-time)

A hybrid option is available at the start.

Pay rate: Best in the segment on W2.

Client: Reputed client in the US

Job Description:

Working with business partners to understand data quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity.

Understand advantages/disadvantages of various data profiling tools and be able to translate those capabilities to business partners.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data quality requirements and metrics.

Provide training and support to end-users data quality best practices and tools.

Develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes.

Required Skills:

Experience working as a BA/Data Analyst in a Data warehouse/Data governance platform.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools

Critical thinking.

Ability to understand and examine complex datasets.

Ability to interpret Data quality results and metrics.
