Data Scripting Specialist

Mission of the role:

As part of the Global Data In team, the role's mission is to create scripts for data processing, follow global standards and procedures, and actively monitor and maintain their smooth operation.



You will:

• • Create scripts for data processing using specific internal programming languages and software tools
  • Provide technical support for those scripts
  • Actively communicate with GfK international internal clients in 100+ countries via ticket (helpdesk) system
  • Actively communicate with our 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support teams located in different locations worldwide
  • Work on a diverse working schedule, including night shifts and weekends - 24/7

You have:

• • University Degree in IT, Informatics or related subject area (or last year student)
  • Basic knowledge of any programming language (if-statement, while and for loops, arrays, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong English language skills in both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven and proactive personality with willingness to learn

Цел на позицията:

Като част от глобалния Data In екип, целта на позицията е създаването на скриптове за обработка на данни, следвайки глобални стандарти и процедури, както и активно наблюдение и поддръжка на тяхното безпроблемно функциониране.

Като Специалист обработка на данни ще имате следните ключови отговорности:

• • Създаване на скриптове за обработка на данни с помощта на специфични вътрешни езици за програмиране и софтуерни инструменти
  • Осигуряване техническата поддръжка на тези скриптове
  • Поддържане на активна комуникация с вътрешни международни клиенти на GfK в над 100 държави чрез тикет система
  • Активна кореспонденция с екипите от 1-во, 2-ро и 3-то ниво на поддръжка, локирани в различни GfK офиси по света
  • Работа по график, който включва нощни смени и работа през почивни дни - 24/7

Какви умения, опит и квалификация са ви необходими, след като вече знаете какво прави Специалист обработка на данни?

• • Висше образование в сферата на Информационни технологии и/или други курсове в съответната сфера
  • Основни познания в сферата на програмирането (if-statement, while & for loops, arrays, etc.)
  • Добри умения за работа с MS Office (Excel)
  • Добри аналитични умения
  • Много добро ниво на владеене на английски език (B1 – B2)
  • Отлични комуникативни умения
  • Проактивност и желание за придобиване на нови знания
