Position summary:
The Data Systems & Technology Manager is a technical leader who drives operational excellence through CRM management and technology adoption. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, this position combines technical expertise in data systems, analytics, and AI automation with a deep commitment to Branches' mission of partnering with families to build educational and financial assets, community, and hope. Key responsibilities include translating complex technical solutions into practical value for program staff, leadership, and stakeholders.

While most of the work for this position happens in a vibrant, collaborative office setting, we embrace flexibility, offering opportunities for remote or hybrid work when possible. Because our mission connects us deeply to our community, you’ll occasionally travel to other Branches sites or attend meetings with our Partners, with some evenings and weekends dedicated to special events or community needs. Reliable transportation is essential to support this work.
