Job Purpose:

As a member of our EngineeringPlatform Group, you will architect and implement Company’s next generationanalytics infrastructure.  You will work closely with technical teams fromour product management, application services and SaaS operations groups todefine and deliver world-class platform data services measured across the fivekey dimensions of:  functionality, scalability, availability, performanceand supportability.

Qualifications:

:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with an emphasis on data mining and associated data analytics
• Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and utilizing large OLAP-style database installations and clickstream-style data
• Experience with website analytics
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Proficiency in Object Oriented programming, preferably Java or other language utilized in large-scale systems.
• Excellent communication skills

Desired:

• Applicants with experience or familiarity with HADOOP, Big Table, or other tools and methods for large-scale system development is a significant plus, as is in-depth experience with website analytics and optimization.
• Knowledge and experience with UNIX and Windows software development tools utilized in building Internet-enabled systems, including:  PHP, MySQL, JSP, Tomcat, Apache, Lucene, SOLR, Eclipse, CVS, Ant, JMeter, TWiki, Bugzilla, and others.
