Data Warehouse Manager

to lead their data warehousing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of relevant experience, technical expertise and a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale data warehouses. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure that data systems support business objectives effectively.

Compensation:

$130,000+

Responsibilities:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions.
Manage a team of data engineers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data warehousing processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver relevant solutions.
Optimize data warehouse performance, ensuring efficient data retrieval and processing.
Implement best practices for data management, including ETL processes, data modeling, and database design.
Monitor data warehouse performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Stay on top of latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the data infrastructure remains cutting-edge.
Develop and maintain documentation related to data warehouse processes and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of seven years of experience in data warehousing, with hands-on expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and database design
Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing tools, and database management systems
Experience with data integration tools and BI tools
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with cloud-based data warehousing solutions
