Location: Family Advocacy Program Office, NAS Meridian, Meridian, MS
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Provide administrative and data management support to the FAP team.
Maintain and update client databases, case records, and program files.
Track metrics for prevention activities, case management outcomes, and victim advocacy services.
Support report preparation for leadership and higher headquarters.
Handle scheduling, correspondence, and front-desk duties as required.
Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Administration, Data Management, or related field.
2 years’ experience in administrative or data support roles.
Strong skills in MS Office, SharePoint, and case management systems.
Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive records.
