Oracle Database Administrator

to join their team!
This person will lead and manage a team of database administrators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team effectiveness and growth.
Responsibilities:

Monitor database performance and availability, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Design, implement, and maintain database systems to meet organizational needs, including capacity planning, performance tuning, and data migration.
Provide leadership to team members
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in database administration
Strong technical proficiency in database management systems Specificially Oracle.
Expertise in database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, with a deep understanding of database internals and optimization techniques.
Strong leadership skills and capabilities
Excellent communication and people skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, MIS, or Computer Science
Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional or Microsoft Certified Database Administrator
