Job Description: AI & Analytics Offering Databricks Commercialization Lead
Location: US - remote with travel
Overview
Cognizant AI & Analytics practice helps clients transform their data into insights and actions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in data engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence.
We are looking for an AI & Analytics Databricks Commercialization Lead who will be responsible for driving Databricks services revenue and pipeline.
As the Databricks commercialization lead, you will build a preferential relationship between Databricks & Cognizant teams by making Cognizant the preferred SI partner for Databricks by increasing Databricks’s overall share of revenue/ pipeline for Cognizant and vice versa.
Responsibilities
Create and own the operational process within Cognizant to report all Databricks services deal and revenue
Pipeline, Revenue by Account by Market by Geo
Build a preferential relationship with Databricks executive partner team (alliances, partner development, sales teams etc.)
Drive growth on the following metrics
Databricks Services Revenue
# of Databricks Deals (Sourced, Influenced)
Databricks TCV/ Bookings
# of Cognizant & Databricks seller joint meetings with clients
Create a conduit for Cognizant to be exposed to Databricks sellers. Get access on monthly/ quarterly sales meetings for sharing updates on Cognizant
Get a preferential “Certified for Databricks” certification for CDIT from Databricks
Provide inputs to offering leads on new Databricks trends that can drive offering commercialization
Enable 1-1 relationships/ speed dial between Cognizant and Databricks sellers
Drive win rates on Databricks deals
Joint marketing activities on Databricks
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in AI & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related field. You have a solid understanding and hands-on experience of Databricks and all of its components.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You have to communicate effectively and persuasively with different audiences and stakeholders, and present complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have the initiative and self-motivation to drive and deliver results, and the flexibility and adaptability to work with changing priorities and challenges.
Ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholder groups. You need to be able to make offerings a priority for everyone that you work with.
