With the fast growth of on-demand and digital business surrounding the new platform, a new opening has arisen for a Datacentre Partner Technical Manager based in London or US.

Reporting to the Vice President of Platform Business & Innovation, this role is responsible for coverage expansion and capacity planning on Digital Platform development and Datacentre Partner Network Interconnection globally.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter experts to innovate and resolve problems from running digital platform business related to Datacentre Partner and Network Service Provider Interconnect and features
Own technical relationship with Datacentre Partners and Network Service Provider globally
Engage platform system, engineering and operation teams to deliver Enterprise OKR set by Senior Management Team related to Datacentre partnership and business
Manage project with internal technology team and external partners on digital platform capabilities enhancement and process re-engineering related to Software Define Interconnect business and operations
Drive growth with Datacentre partners in service capabilities, global coverage and feature varieties on the platform
Essential Skills and Experience

A University Degree holder or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related discipline - nice to have
Certification in public cloud certifications is preferred
3-8 years experiences in Global ICT / Cloud / SaaS industry/ Telco
Prior experience on day-to-day technical support, operational management or digital marketplace of the global cloud / SaaS products and services
Experience in leading technical engagement and partnership is required
Understanding of the basic legal and commercial concepts in Cloud/SaaS partnership and business model
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively and deliver results across multi-functional, multi-cultural, remote and virtual teams
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering excellence and continual improvement in a fast-paced, agile global business
Some global travel may be required
Candidate with less experience may be considered for post of Assistant Datacentre Partner Technical Manager
