Day Camp Site Director- Camelot

Come join our energetic, caring, and responsible staff in our day camps as a Day Camp Site Director. The ideal candidate will be available to work Monday-Friday, between six to nine hours daily.

This seasonal position runs June 16-August 8, with required training taking place the week of May 26th 

The minimum age is 18 years old

Training:
May 29, 2025, 5 pm-9 pm
June 5, 2025 6:30 pm-9 pm
June 11, 2025 9:30 am-2 pm
June 12, 2025 9:30 am-2 pm
*subject to change and additional hours as needed

Day Camp 
June 16, 2025-August 8, 2025
Camelot (M-F) 9 am-3 pm (AM care 7-9 and PM care 3-6)

Essential Job Duties:

• Assign campers to counselor groups and manage attendance records


• Supervise, support, and evaluate Day Camp Counselors throughout the season


• Coordinate daily schedules, swim times, field trips, and extended camp hours


• Communicate regularly with site staff, parents, and inclusion partners (NWSRA)


• Oversee camper check-in/check-out, required forms, and medication distribution


• Collect and remit camp payments; manage and distribute camp apparel and supplies


• Lead staff meetings and assist with counselor training and development


• Follow and enforce safety protocols, incident reporting, and conduct policies


• Maintain accurate records, including attendance and permission forms


• Attend required trainings and ensure a clean, organized, and safe camp environment
