Day Crisis Therapist, Full-Time

FCCBH needs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to manage crisis intervention in Utah’s Carbon and Emery Counties. FCCBH is the Local Mental Health Authority and is responsible for mental health evaluations, stabilization, and hospitalization for local adults and children in crisis. This will be the primary work performed by the person hired as part of a collaborative team. Will also coordinate with community partners and resources.

The shifts offered are 6 am – 6 pm Wednesday through Friday. All Crisis Therapists will alternate Saturday shifts. This position allows for a flexible schedule and multiple days off in a row. Receive an excellent state benefit package including a signing bonus of $2,000 in exchange for one year of full-time employment or $4,000 in exchange for two years in this role. Salary is dependent on licensure and experience, starting at $1,498.98 per week for under-licensed and $1,641.36 for fully-licensed Therapists. The chosen candidate will receive $2.00hour for time worked between 11 pm and 5 am and for shifts on Saturday and Sunday on top of the negotiated salary. Up to an additional $4.00/hr. available for weekend grave shifts! Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah.
