Day Habilitation Lead Staff

Our Day Hab program located in Hudson Falls, NY currently has a full-time 40-hour Day Habilitation Lead Staff position available. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00am–4:00pm.  The rate of pay is $20.50 per hour, and this is an hourly position.  Day Habilitation Lead Staff will support and care for people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. This can include but is not limited to assisting people with personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, arts & crafts, personal hobbies, medication assistance, and participating in social/recreational activities in the community – and just plain having fun while making a difference!  The Lead Staff at the assigned location assumes the responsibility of ensuring the site is clean and well stocked, billing is correct, and the individuals we support are well supervised and safe.

• 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• No experience necessary
