Day Porter

We’re hiring a Porter to help keep our apartment communities in San Diego County clean, safe, and looking great. You’ll be part of a hardworking team that takes pride in keeping things spotless and welcoming for our residents. This position requires a clean driving record; an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Picking up trash and keeping walkways, stairs, and common areas clean
• Cleaning BBQ areas, pool furniture, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and more
• Removing cobwebs, dirt, and debris from buildings
• Helping clean out and sanitize empty apartments when needed
• Reporting anything that needs fixing or replacing
• Interacting respectfully with residents and helping maintain a friendly vibe

• Someone reliable, responsible, and ready to work
• Detail-oriented and enjoys keeping things clean
• Good communication and a team-player attitude
• Must have your own transportation to travel between properties

• Full-time – 40 hours per week, may include weekends

• Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour. Monthly car allowance
• This position offers full health benefits and a 401K with company match
• Paid time off including vacation, holidays and sick.
• Daily travel within San Diego County – mileage is reimbursed
