Day Porter

We are seeking to hire a Day Porter. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the parking garage and surrounding areas, including policing the perimeter and 9th-floor parking deck, cleaning and disinfecting elevators, buttons, door handles, railings, stairwells, and glass vestibules. Duties include mopping floors, cleaning windows, changing air fresheners, removing trash and replacing liners, and checking and replenishing hand sanitizer stations as needed. Reports any unusual conditions or safety concerns and assists the Parking Manager with additional duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.


• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.


• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.


• Janitor experience a plus but will train.


• Reliable Transportation.

Benefits:

• Pay rate: $20.45/hr


• Hours: 20 hours week, Shift 7:00am - 11:00am, Monday - Friday
