What You'll Be Doing

• Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently to move, grade, and level materials.

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

• Follow site plans, grade stakes, and instructions to achieve precise material placement.

• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate site activities and ensure productivity.

• Maintain adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers in a production environment.

• Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.

• Ability to interpret site plans, grade indicators, or supervisor direction accurately.

• Reliable attendance and a consistent work ethic supporting team productivity.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
