What You'll Be Doing

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently to move earth, rock, and other materials.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

• Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

• Requires manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment safely and effectively.

• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods, including exposure to outdoor elements.
