What You'll Be Doing

• Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and preventative maintenance on fleet and plant equipment
• Inspect machinery and vehicles to identify wear, leaks, and potential mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate service records and report findings to maintenance leadership
• Support equipment uptime by responding quickly to day-shift service needs
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely perform preventative maintenance tasks on mobile or fixed equipment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate equipment issues
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
