Job Description: We seek a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher/ Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for working with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for toddlers aged [specific age range, e.g., 18 months to 6 years].
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through hands-on activities and play.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s development and any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods and principles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
