MM by Morimoto is the newest concept from Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, blending Japanese-inspired cuisine with exceptional hospitality and an elevated beverage program.

Position Overview
We are seeking Daytime Bar Prep Persons to support our beverage team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure smooth bar operations for evening service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all bar mise en place during the day: fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, infusions, clarified mixes, and ice prep


• Maintain a clean and organized prep area and bar stations


• Follow recipes and prep standards consistently


• Properly label, date, and store all prepped items


• Assist with inventory and stock rotation

Requirements

• Daytime availability (typically 9 AM – 4 PM)


• Previous prep experience in a bar or kitchen preferred (will train the right person)


• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


• Positive attitude and team spirit
