Pickleman’s Gourmet Café

Love good food, good vibes, and daytime hours? Come roll with the PickleTeam at Pickleman’s Gourmet Café!

We are on the hunt for upbeat, hard-working teammates who want to keep our café running smooth and our guests smiling during the day.

What You’ll Do

● Craft fresh sandwiches, soups, and salads with pride

● Keep the café sparkling and welcoming for every guest

● Jump in wherever the team needs a hand—because that’s how the PickleTeam rolls

●  Deliver the “Above & Beyond” service our guests love

What We’re Looking For

●  Daytime availability (typically 10am–4pm shifts—no late nights!)

●  Positive energy and a teamwork-first mindset

●   Reliable, coachable, and ready to grow

●   No experience? No problem - we’ll train you the PickleTeam way!

What’s In It For You

●   Hourly pay + tips

●   Paid training and flexible scheduling

●   Free meal on shift + employee discounts

●  Growth opportunities: today’s crew member can be tomorrow’s shift lead—or even part of a management team

●  With new locations opening, motivated teammates who excel here and are open to moving may have the chance to grow into leadership roles elsewhere

●  Be part of a team that’s fun, supportive, and all about community

At Pickleman’s, you’re not just an employee—you’re part of the PickleTeam!
