What you will do

Front of House Team Members create an outstanding guest experience at the counter, in the dining room, on the mobile-order line, and in the drive-thru.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, attentive, and professional attitude
• Take orders accurately, handle payments responsibly, and communicate clearly
• Deliver food with speed, accuracy, and hospitality
• Maintain a clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready dining room, front counter, beverage area, restrooms, and drive-thru work area
• Follow food-safety, cash-handling, uniform, sanitation, and operational procedures every shift
• Respond calmly and respectfully when a guest has a question, concern, or special request
• Support teammates during busy periods instead of waiting to be asked
• Learn multiple positions and help where the restaurant needs you most
• Arrive prepared, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the scheduled start time
• Receive coaching professionally and apply it immediately
• Help create an environment free of gossip, disrespect, profanity directed at others, and unnecessary drama

Basic qualifications

• Must meet the minimum hiring age required for the position and scheduled duties
• Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively with guests and teammates
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying within the essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodation where required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to work a schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, Saturdays, holidays, and peak business periods, based on restaurant needs
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful but not required; strong character, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most
