Daytime Group Facilitator | Walpole, Massachusetts

• Facilitate psychoeducation, process, and skills -based group therapy sessions for clients in a structured clinical setting
  
• Engage clients effectively and manage group dynamics with skill and confidence
  
• Apply trauma -informed and person -centered approaches throughout all group sessions
  
• Support clients navigating co -occurring mental health and substance use conditions
  
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation following each session
  
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
  

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field (required)
  
• Experience facilitating group therapy in psychoeducation, process, or skills -based formats
  
• Familiarity with the treatment of co -occurring mental health and substance use disorders
  
• Strong written communication and clinical documentation skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients and manage group dynamics effectively
  
• Knowledge of trauma -informed and person -centered treatment approaches
  

Benefits

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  
• Compensation: $75 per group facilitated
