Pay & Opportunities

Kitchen Team Member

• Part-Time (Closing or 3 weekday lunches/week): Starting at $15.00/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $16.50/hr after completing training.
• Full-Time: Starting at $15.75/hr, with opportunities to earn up to $17.25/hr after completing training.

Leadership Opportunities

• Full-Time Team Leader: $18.90/hr
• Part-Time Team Leader: $17.85/hr

Additional Pay Rates

• Part-Time (non-closing): $12.00/hr
• Under 16 years old: $9.00/hr (Front of House only.)

Please Note:

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old to work in the kitchen.
• Pay is based on your availability during the school year, not summer availability.
• We are hiring for long-term team members and are not currently hiring for seasonal-only positions.

What You'll Do

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help deliver the exceptional food and service Chick-fil-A is known for by:

• Preparing and cooking food to Chick-fil-A standards
• Working various kitchen stations including breading, fries, boards, assembly, and food prep
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Following food safety and quality standards
• Learning new products and procedures
• Completing opening or closing responsibilities
• Working alongside an encouraging team in a fast-paced environment
