Daytime Team Member

At Chick-fil-A Bellevue, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to serve others and grow yourself! We are looking for friendly, thoughtful, open-minded, hard working, responsible, detail-oriented, kind, genuine, and enthusiastic Team Members who enjoy interacting with people and have the desire to provide exceptional experiences.

Team Members in Front-of-House (FOH) serve guests by directly interacting with them; i.e. taking orders, serving food, etc.

Team Members in Back-of-House (BOH) prepare the food. i.e. Breading and fileting chicken, folding sandwiches, boxing nuggets, etc.

No Experience Is Necessary

Chick-fil-A Bellevue is a great opportunity for people of all age groups and backgrounds with no experience necessary.

We will teach you everything you need to know!

Full-time or Part-time

Hours:

We operate Monday through Saturday, 6:30am to 10:00pm.

We have morning/daytime shifts available between 5:45am and 4:00pm, Monday through Saturday.

These include but are not limited to:

5:45am-2pm

8am-4pm

9am-2pm

11am-4pm

11am-2pm

Team Member Responsibilities:

Serve guests according to department duties.

Maintain a clean restaurant.

Smile.

Create and maintain eye contact.

Speak Enthusiastically.

Make Emotional Connections with Guests.

Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant.

Multi-task often and move quickly, yet thoroughly.

Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic.

Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members.

Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bellevue's rules and policies at all times.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Be at least 14 years old.

Consistent and reliable.

Cheerful and positive attitude.

Loves serving and helping others.

Be able to work in a high-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills .

Works well independently and in a team environment.

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule.

Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Have the ability to stand for long periods of time.

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays. This allows our team to have a consistent day off to spend with family and friends.
