DCC Associate Manager

High school diploma required, 21 years of age, bachelor's degree in business or 3 years equivalent management experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of Indian gaming, customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills necessary to maintain quality service delivery, accurate and detail oriented.

Ability to maintain high confidentiality, work independently with minimal supervision, work cooperatively with all departments, have supervisory skills, possess basic computer skills, multitask, work various shifts, effectively and accurately relay information to employees, knowledge of tribal, federal, and state gaming regulations, must have general understanding of all departmental operations within the casino, and obtain a key license.
