Job Description - DCC Prep Cook

Administers the food & beverage department function: planning and directing the food preparation.


 


Restocks all frozen, can goods, condiments, cut meats, and veggies.


 


Develops menu structure.


 


Supervises food production, quality, and quantity.


 


Initiates orders for food and beverage inventory merchandise, helps in ordering supplies.


 


Helps maintain inventory records for restaurant supplies.


 


Cleans and keeps work area clean at all times to avoid accidents.


 


Prepares food orders as they are ordered.


 


Will help wash dishes, at slow times or when clean plates, cups, or silverware is needed.


 


Regular attendance is an essential function of the job, must be very dependable.


 


Complies with other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Shift Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee and/or the General Manager.


 


Other duties as assigned by Management.


Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and to the MICS.


Must adhere to the safety rules and regulations of the Dakota Connection Casino.
