Delegating assignments to officers.

properties.

Investigate thefts and coordinate with law enforcement
Escort Auditors and other personnel into restricted areas.

Must have a valid State driver's license and Tribal driver's license
Locks and unlocks doors, etc., per schedule or direction, responds to alarm systems (e.g. fire, mechanical
burglary, etc.) and follows established plan ofaction.
Coordinates receipt of incoming shipments, date and time stamps incoming shipments where necessary and
ensures shipments receive proper storage or care.
Maintains surveillance of restricted or high security areas removes unauthorized persons from buildings,
parking lots, and properties and/or coordinates with law enforcement authorities as appropriate. Performs
special safety and security duties as assigned or directed, assists in dealing with troublesome patrons or
visitors. Checks for banned persons, underage persons in Casino.
Will work irregular hours and weekends and holidays
Keep management informed of emergency and unusual conditions, completes incident reports, monitors
special activities and ensures necessary facilities and equipment are made available on request from staff
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job, must be very dependable. Must be able to work
double shifts if needed.

Discipline subordinates when necessary.
Complete Security Officer evaluations, Conduct interviews for potential new hires
Ensure Security Department Schedule is completed at least two weeks prior to schedule change
Conduct 90 day onboarding process for new Security hires
Fill in the Key logbook.
Respond to all major incidents.
Combat loitering, Ensure Security Officers keep moving.
Supervisors will insure proper radio procedures.
Supervisors will decide when to call Law Enforcement.
Supervisors will make sure the officers get their scheduled breaks. Breaks cannot be taken until 2 hours
after you clock in.
It is the supervisor's responsibility to cover shifts if needed.
It is the supervisor's responsibility to notify the Security Manager regarding serious incidents.
Supervisor will assist officers whenever needed.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job, must be very dependable.
Complies with other duties as assigned by the Security Manager and/or General Manager.
