We are seeking an enthusiastic Table Games Dealer 21 to join our dynamic casino team in Kenner, United States. As a Dealer, you will be responsible for conducting various table games while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining game integrity.

• Conduct table games according to established rules and procedures
• Provide superior customer service while maintaining a professional gaming environment
• Process and accurately handle cash transactions and chip exchanges
• Monitor game activities to ensure compliance with casino policies and gaming regulations
• Explain game rules and procedures to players in a clear and courteous manner
• Maintain game pace while ensuring accuracy in payouts and game outcomes
• Report suspicious activities or irregularities to supervisors
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth gaming operations
• Keep gaming areas clean and organized
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance dealing skills and game knowledge

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong mathematical abilities with quick mental calculation skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Clear verbal communication skills and English language proficiency
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
• Willingness to complete dealer training program (if no prior experience)
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Knowledge of casino games and procedures preferred
