The Dealer Experience Specialist position is responsible for providing an exceptional and engaging user experience to our auction partners, dealer partners, and internal team members. Your primary responsibilities support the success of our dealer partners by functioning as a go-between for the accurate and timely coordination of our floorplan loans. The ideal candidate for this role has a winning attitude, outstanding listening skills, and phenomenal communication skills, both verbally and written. Also, you understand that your role is a key component to the partner experience we are building at Kinetic Advantage.
 

Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Receive and process inbound electronic communication including email and text from dealers and handle in a timely manner  
• Proactively make outbound calls to dealers with the goal of retaining existing business and re-engaging inactive or former partners
• Develop a thorough understanding of Kinetic Advantage policies, processes, and procedures relative to assigned areas, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures 
• Apply experience and lessons-learned to create or modify work methods related to floorplan advances & overall partner experience 
• Performs other duties as assigned 

Education and Experience:  

• High school diploma or equivalent required 
• 1+ years related experience in either the floorplan, automobile, or auction industry or with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, preferred
   

Required Skills/Abilities:?  

• Ability to earn trust and build relationships, effectively communicating and exchanging information with a wide diversity of individuals 
• Exceptional problem-solving skills including the ability to ask probing questions to deeply understand the needs of our dealer partners
• Professional maturity to handle sensitive information and situations with tact and discretion 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or related software 
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and, at times, stressful environment 
• Bilingual - Spanish Required
   

Physical Requirements:?  

• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time?? 
• Must be able to communicate clearly?? 
• Ability to operate computer and office equipment, maintain paper files, move about an office  environment?? 
• Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA,  FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards??
