Dealer Incharge - Service and Parts

Responsibilities

• Analyze service and parts KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as service revenue, customer satisfaction scores, part sales, and service efficiency to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met or exceed.


• Oversee parts inventory levels at dealerships, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence.


• Implement and uphold quality standards for sevice and parts operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.


• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service and parts business growth.


• Provide technical support and guidance to dealership service teams on complex vehicle repairs, warranty claims and diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in any stream


• 2+years as Area Manager in related Field.
