Job Description - Dealer Manager

Job Title: Dealer Manager



Job Overview: 
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Dealer Manager to take ownership of our dealer network, drive regional sales growth, and strengthen partner relationships. This role requires a mix of relationship management, sales strategy, and operational coordination — perfect for someone who thrives on both numbers and people.



About Kandi America:
Kandi America is the U.S. subsidiary of Kandi Technologies and serves as the key distributor for golf carts, UTVs, and e-bikes in the North American market. Based in Dallas, TX, our mission is to provide innovative, eco-friendly, and reliable off-road vehicles for both recreational and commercial use. As demand grows, we are expanding our team and seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and grow a portfolio of authorized dealers across assigned territories

  • Identify and onboard new qualified dealers to expand distribution

  • Provide training, tools, and support to ensure dealer success and alignment with brand standards

  • Regularly communicate promotions, new product launches, and order updates

  • Travel to visit key dealers, attend trade shows, and support regional sales events

  • Analyze performance data and provide monthly reporting on dealer performance and market feedback

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales ops, logistics, marketing, product) to ensure smooth execution


Requirements:



  • 2–5+ years of experience in dealer management, B2B sales, or account management

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Highly organized and data-driven; comfortable using CRM and Excel

  • Able to travel as needed for dealer visits or events (10–20%)

  • Optional: Experience in powersports, electric vehicles, outdoor/lifestyle products is a plus



Job Type: Full-time



Base Salary: $60,000/year + 0.3% commission


Target Annual Earnings: $70,000–$120,000 (base + performance-based commission)
