Job Description - Dealer Relationship Assistant

Job Overview:


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dealer Relationship Assistant to support our growing dealer network. This role plays a vital part in maintaining smooth communication and operations between our internal teams and external dealer partners. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining accurate dealer records, coordinating cross-functionally with sales and logistics, and ensuring timely updates on product availability. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative or B2B customer support, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Kandi America is the U.S. subsidiary of Kandi Technologies and serves as the key distributor for golf carts, UTVs, and e-bikes in the North American market. Based in Dallas, TX, our mission is to provide innovative, eco-friendly, and reliable off-road vehicles for both recreational and commercial use. As demand grows, we are expanding our team and seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment



Responsibilities:



  • Support dealer order processing: enter orders, update internal systems, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

  • Maintain dealer documentation, including onboarding files, compliance paperwork, and account records

  • Communicate with dealers regarding order status, product availability, and general inquiries

  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Customer Support teams to resolve dealer-related issues

  • Track inventory and provide timely updates on product availability to dealers

  • Assist with eCommerce order processing through platforms such as Amazon and Shopify

  • Prepare regular reports on dealer activity and outstanding issues for management review

  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination across departments for all dealer-related tasks



Requirements:



  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service (B2B or wholesale experience preferred)

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a plus

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and remain dependable under tight deadlines



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting dealer networks or working in sales coordination

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central or Shopify



Job Type: Full-time



Pay: $22- $27 Per hour
