Are you a proven closer looking for your next big opportunity? We’re looking for a Dealer Services Agent to own the Traverse City , MI territory, selling premium F&I and dealer service products directly to car dealerships.

This is a traveling sales role. You’ll spend your time on the road, meeting dealers face-to-face across your territory. You’ll be the trusted local partner to GMs, Finance Directors, and Dealer Principals across your market, with the freedom to run your territory like your own business and a team behind you that wants you to win.

Dealership or F&I experience is a plus but not required. If you can sell, we can teach the menu.

What You’ll Do

• Win new business. Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new accounts with franchise, independent, and highline dealerships in and around Lincoln.
• Build lasting relationships. Become the go-to partner for GMs, Sales Managers, Finance Directors, and Dealer Principals.
• Sell with impact. Lead consultative product demos that show how our products raise PVR, improve CSI scores, and boost customer retention.
• Grow your accounts. Turn single-rooftop wins into multi-store contracts and long-term recurring revenue.
• Run your territory. Manage your full sales cycle and pipeline on your own, without micromanagement.
• Track your results. Keep accurate records of sales activity, dealership visits, and pipeline progress.

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in any industry: B2B, outside sales, automotive, or account management
• A proven record of hitting quotas, closing deals, and growing accounts
• Skill at prospecting, presenting, and building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• An entrepreneurial drive: self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to hustle
• A competitive, resilient mindset focused on results
• You must live in or near Lincoln, NE and be comfortable with regular travel throughout Nebraska
• Availability for at least 6 overnight trips per month to visit dealerships across your territory

Bonus points: Experience in F&I, automotive sales, or dealership operations is a plus, but not required. We’ll train you on the products.

Compensation & Growth

• Months 1–3 - $5,000/month base salary while you ramp up
• After 90 days - $3,000/month base plus uncapped commission
• Top performers - $100K–$150K+ per year
• Benefits - Full W-2 benefits package
